Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and repairing tools and parts with expertise to meet or exceed both the customers' and clients' quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and repair tools and parts with precision and accuracy
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Operate machinery such as lathes, presses, milling machines, and grinders
  • Use hand tools such as hand grinders, wrenches, rivet guns, and tap handles
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with established standards
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with precision measurement instruments and technical documentation
