Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide critical support to our Strategic Capabilities Office and various projects associated with the US Air Force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of operational and training documentation for OSD/SCO projects.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams (IPT) to facilitate activities that support the OSD/SCO leadership.
  • Create and present architectural products that align with the objectives of the OSD/SCO leadership.
  • Plan and execute demonstrations for a Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control (JTIFC) architecture utilizing prototype software.
  • Coordinate the technical requirements essential for executing the developed architecture with government entities, Services, and primary contractors.
  • Contribute to the integration of advanced data sets into existing fire control systems.
  • Support OSD/SCO initiatives aimed at developing multi-domain cross-service kill chains.
  • Engage in high-priority aspects of DBMN/TOC-L, ABAD, homeland air defense, and joint air defense programs.
  • Provide direct systems engineering assistance and coordinate engineering support services to meet the program's technical needs. Develop and implement integrated testing strategies for the initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among various government and industry partners.
  • Deliver regular program assessments and technical presentations to senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating efforts across multiple organizations, including prime contractors, Services, and government entities.
  • Experience in promoting information sharing across diverse organizations, both governmental and contractor-based.
  • Ability to plan and execute intricate system-of-systems integration efforts from concept to testing, including complex threat scenarios.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies.
  • Capability to expand technical initiatives and assume task leadership within the organization.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex system-of-systems integration efforts from concept to testing, incorporating intricate threat scenarios.
  • Technical expertise in the following areas:
    • Battle Command Systems and concepts such as BC3, MSTC, CAC2S, AEGIS, IBCS.
    • Fire Control Networks including CEC, IFCN.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities along with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
