Behavioral Coach

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Behavioral Coach to join our team at Brain Balance of Mequon. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental challenges achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
- This position involves working as part of a team to deliver our unique Brain Balance program to children in their homes.
- You will work closely with clients, their families, and other members of our team to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working with children with Autism/ASD
- Degree in a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and ability to deal with challenging behaviors
- Patient, kind, and empathetic towards children with special needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both children and adults
Compensation Details:
$18-21 per hour
