The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Purpose: To provide exceptional patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals in achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate accountability for professional development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Actively participate in unit-based shared governance and goal setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and safety
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
  • UPMC approved nursing certification preferred
  • Annual completion of 2 professional contributions selected from department, hospital, or system goals
