About the Role

Spherion is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in South Dakota. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with architects and other stakeholders to develop and execute design concepts for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of design concepts and layouts for buildings and structures
  • Develop preliminary sketches and detailed drawings using Revit software
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and goals
Technical Skills
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate technical solutions into the design
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project team members

Site Analysis and Research

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture design
