**Job Description:**
As a Caregiving Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established care plans and guidelines.
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' needs and developing personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to clinical or client services managers.
- Following up with patients to ensure timely completion of tasks and proper documentation.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- At least one year of recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN.
- Previous Home Health Care experience is preferred but not required.
