Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating therapeutic, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and developmental needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical expertise and stay current with industry advancements.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Texas license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification highly desired.
- Current specialty certification as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

CHRISTUS Children's Hospital is a 190-plus-bed facility serving over 70,000 children annually. Our state-of-the-art hospital offers a range of specialized services, including pediatric and neonatal intensive care, children's emergency services, and a highly regarded Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.
