Position Overview:

The Commercial Lines Account Executive plays a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing client relationships within our Small Business Division, ensuring that we meet the expected standards of client service to support the organization's growth objectives. This position is tasked with communicating, facilitating, and implementing risk management solutions for our small business clientele.

Primary Duties:

  1. Manage the customer experience for your portfolio, delivering timely, precise, and courteous service (including addressing inquiries, providing quotes, making policy adjustments, and supporting claims).
  2. Work in conjunction with Producers to devise strategies aimed at retaining and renewing current clients, thereby expanding the agency's portfolio.
  3. Supervise renewal processes and remarketing efforts for your assigned accounts.
  4. Establish and sustain robust relationships with Carriers and Wholesalers, including negotiating favorable terms with underwriters.
  5. Adhere to agency protocols, ensuring all client interactions are documented within the Agency Management System on a daily basis for items under your responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty commercial lines (experience in real estate insurance is advantageous).
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty license (insurance designations are a plus).
  • Proficient in using an Agency Management System (AMS360 is preferred).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
