About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas in San Clemente, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including adidas products and services
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Perform various sales floor tasks, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
