Concessions Cook

Levy is seeking a skilled Concessions Cook to join our team at the Fiserv Forum. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

• Prepare and serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records from the area worked during service periods.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and storing or discarding excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed and assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as needed and report any needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
