Career OpportunitiesWe are seeking skilled Massage Therapists to join our talented team. As a licensed professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing customized therapeutic massage sessions based on individual needs.
Our Massage Therapists design specific sessions to educate clients about progressive treatment options and advanced modalities. They create a long-term wellness plan tailored to each client's goals.
We offer a competitive compensation structure, allowing for increased earnings per client through enhancements and upgraded services. Additionally, our generous profit share program rewards your hard work and dedication.
Apart from our attractive salary of $65,000 annually, our comprehensive benefits package includes supplemental Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision. We also provide a tuition reimbursement program for newly graduated/licensed Massage Therapists.
Our beautiful appointment suites are fully equipped, including heated lift tables, sinks, towel warmers, and necessary linens, tools, and supplies. You will have access to various specialty massages, including Sports Massage, Trigger Point, CBD Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and our Signature Hot Stone Massage.
Educational opportunities abound, with CEUs available through our New Hire Training and other educational programs. Even part-time employees receive paid time off and a generous reward program.
We prioritize flexibility, offering scheduling options to suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer working 1-2 days a week or 3-5 days a week.
Please note that as an independent franchisee, our company adheres to state and local licensing laws and regulations. Requirements include effectively communicating with clients, spa management, and staff, carrying liability insurance, and possessing knowledge of Swedish Massage.
