As a Senior Principal Survivability Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs, develops, and implements cutting-edge systems to reduce the detectability of aircraft in various spectrums.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and integrate advanced materials and technologies to reduce Radar Cross Section (RCS) and improve stealth capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test complex systems, ensuring optimal performance and survivability.
- Apply expertise in electromagnetic analysis and modeling to predict and verify design performance.
- Optimize designs for stealth while meeting requirements from other engineering disciplines.
- Take ownership of achieving customer goals and balancing design in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
- Master's degree in a STEM field and 7 years of related professional/military engineering experience, or a Ph.D. and 0 years of experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Stealth Technology, Radar Cross Section reduction, and electromagnetic analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and customers.
- Competitive salary range: $114,900 - $172,300.
- Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives for Vice President or Director positions.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
