Job Summary:

This position is responsible for operating a machine to ensure efficient equipment operation and production of high-quality products. The Machine Operator will work safely, utilizing a working knowledge of LOTO, PPE, and other safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general set-up of machines and prepare materials for production process
  • Load and unload material from machine and assist in monitoring operation of machine
  • Track and label finished products manually and electronically
  • Communicate effectively with helpers, supervisors, and maintenance to resolve issues
  • Set priorities to match the importance of job assignments and participate in continuous improvement projects and teams


Requirements:

Minimum High School diploma or GED and prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. This role requires basic computer proficiencies, multi-tasking, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to perform duties with minimal direction. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs., standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending, squatting, and varying temperatures.
