Your Role

We're seeking a Digital Transformation Director to lead our infrastructure services team. As a key member of our Technology & Platform Engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and operating our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  3. Represent the global Technology & Platform Engineering team in the US, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with IT Management Team members.">
  4. Oversee and manage global Infrastructure Services, including Cloud, Network, digital workplace, and security solutions, ensuring their functional and technical advancements while adhering to our guidelines.">
  5. Establish specific objectives, supervise operational metrics of usage and availability, and initiate actions to improve solution adoption.">
  6. Lead a diverse and distributed team of subject matter specialists, optimizing project approach and execution methodologies, and enhancing team collaboration.">
  7. Communicate regularly with partners and stakeholders, reporting progress and initiatives.">
  8. Drive IT transformation projects within agreed scope, timing, budget, and resources.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and delivering major infrastructure and technology services across various domains, including Cloud, Network services, Digital Workplace, cybersecurity solutions, DevOps, AI, and ML.">
  • Extensive technical experience with Cloud services (AWS and/or Azure), solid knowledge of other infrastructure components (Network, Security, DevOps), ideally backed by certifications from vendors like AWS, CISCO, or Microsoft.">
  • Experience in managing global infrastructure vendors delivering services through a managed service approach.">
  • Seasoned experience of product management, Agile delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. SAFE).">
  • A strong sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making.">
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable dealing with all types of external and internal partners with a consumer-centric mindset.">
  • A passion for continuous learning in a changing environment.">
  • Expertise in setting up and managing distributed teams and motivating project teams and/or indirect team members.">
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively within the organization.">
  • Licenses and qualifications as required by the U.S. government.">
  • Fluent in English.">
