Aviation Maintenance Technician Lead

Are you a skilled Aviation Maintenance Technician looking for a new challenge? ES3 is seeking a highly experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team at our Georgia facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing airworthiness inspections of overhaul reworked components, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling aircraft components, primarily C-5, and conducting specialized mechanic duties to include hands-on aircraft maintenance and operating machinery. You will also work with Engineering teams, co-Mechanics, and Technicians to identify and establish process improvements, cost reductions, time standards, technical manuals, and repair and overhaul of aircraft and their components.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending account, health reimbursement account, and a generous 401(k) plan with up to 6% match and up to 2% profit sharing.
