Anesthesia Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist anesthesiologists with clinical cases in the office setting, ensuring seamless patient care and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling and preoperative calls to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Monitor storage and inventory of supplies at office locations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and office staff, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Spanish and English speaking required.
