**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Growth to join our team at Next City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, new market development, and revenue generation.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including nonprofits, government agencies, corporations, and educational organizations
- Work closely with our Product Portfolio Managers and Learning Specialists to evaluate current offerings and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Serve as a resource for our Sales and Marketing departments, providing guidance and support as needed
- Travel extensively to present our offerings to school officials and attend education conferences
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and/or business development
- Minimum 5 years' experience in one of our portfolio areas: Coding, Robotics, STEM, Systems
- Strong network of connections across the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mentally curious with a desire to continually improve
