Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory quality role, with a focus on chemical and/or biological testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and their application.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience reviewing others' work and providing honest, constructive feedback.
