Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral plans to support students with behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Consult with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide training and coaching to teachers and other staff members on behavioral strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a related field
  • National certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Active teaching license in the state of Texas
