About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Asante, a leading healthcare provider in Southern Oregon. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with new educational offerings in nursing and apply knowledge to provide gold-standard care
  • Use organizational skills to prioritize patient care and adjust to changing priorities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience caring for post-operative patients in an Acute care setting, or 2 years in a Surgery Center in Post op phase of care
  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required within 4 months of start date
