Job Overview

As an Online Order Filling Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure the accuracy of online orders. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service by consulting with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction.

The estimated hourly salary for this role is $17 - $25 per hour, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $35 cents to $3 dollars per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
