Diesel Fleet Equipment Technician

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Diesel Fleet Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on diesel fleet equipment, including lawnmowing and earth moving equipment, off-road diesel equipment, and basic electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel fleet equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Work on off-road diesel equipment, including wheeled front-loaders, off-road riding mowers, and tractors.
  • Perform basic electrical work, including wiring and circuit repairs.
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required to support operations.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent of High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, spending time bending, climbing, and stooping.
  • Must have own set of tools.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have own steel toe boots.
  • CDL preferred, but not required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Paid Time Off and Benefits Package.
  • Shift: 1st, M-F, 7am-4pm.
