Job Title: Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Med-Surg/Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience working with telemetry patients. As a Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those who are critically ill or recovering from surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patients' progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Med-Surg setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
