Lifestyle Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Mentor. As a Lifestyle Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in their own homes, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

As a Lifestyle Mentor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to up to 3 adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in your home. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
• Encourage independence and self-determination through mentoring and coaching
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player who is resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
