As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings, providing companionship, mentorship, and support to help them reach their full potential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients, promoting community integration and socialization
  • Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks

Qualifications

  • One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities; training available through our apprentice program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
