Recruitment Strategist

At Westminster University, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Undergraduate Admissions to lead our enrollment management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse and dynamic undergraduate student population.
This is a full-time, benefitted position that requires in-person leadership on campus and frequent travel for recruitment and professional development activities. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive leadership experience in admissions or enrollment management, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic enrollment initiatives.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Westminster University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-informed recruitment strategies to attract and enroll a diverse and dynamic undergraduate student population.
- Lead a team of eight admissions professionals in designing and implementing recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic enrollment plans aligned with institutional goals.
- Represent enrollment management and undergraduate admissions on university and professional committees as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience in admissions or enrollment management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic enrollment initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing professional staff with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
