Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge systems engineering solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, developing system requirements specifications, and guiding users in formulating requirements. Your technical leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the successful integration of requirements, design, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
