Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a key member of the Regal Entertainment team, responsible for the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees. This role requires a strong leader who can act as a representative of the company in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage theatre employees to ensure excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
  • Operate the theatre in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a representative of Regal Entertainment in the community, promoting our brand and values.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve theatre performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
