Job Title: Veterinary Care Specialist

The Lowell Road Veterinary Center is seeking a skilled Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of our canine patients in the daycare and boarding facility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch care and supervision to dogs in our daycare and boarding facility
  • Assisting with cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in animal behavior or health
  • Administering medications and providing special care as needed
  • Restocking supplies and assisting with tasks as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and registration

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in animal care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
