Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial machinery, including motors and wind generators.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on industrial motors and wind turbines.
  • Work with both AC and DC machines, including form coil, mush, and random coils in motors and wind generators.
  • Utilize strong mechanical skills, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity for precise tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards while handling electrical equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical roles, such as Winder, Mechanic, or Machinist.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to work regular overtime, including weekends and holidays, on various shifts.
  • Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 75 lbs with or without accommodations.
  • Successful completion of a fit-for-duty physical examination.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AC and DC machines, form coil, mush, and random coils in motors and wind generators.
  • Completion of vocational training programs related to mechanical work.
  • A strong passion for working with mechanical equipment and electrical systems.
