A Day in the Life of a Plumbing Service Manager
This position involves leading our team of plumbing technicians. You will take calls to assist service techs and helpers in performing their job duties by solving problems and answering questions. You will also train by going to jobs with technicians and teaching them different skills.
Your leadership and friendly disposition will put you in a great place to openly communicate and help our team. You will also help the business manager identify needed equipment, make orders, and create policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a service plumber
- Leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screenings
- Journeyman license preferred
This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong communication skills, the ability to manage time and tasks well, and the ability to mentor and inspire our team of plumbing technicians.
