We are seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team at Ebenezer. As a Music Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating music programs for residents. Your goal will be to enable residents to achieve their optimal level of intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual potential through music therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement music programs for residents, including individual and group sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of music programs and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
- Provide music therapy services to residents with varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or Music Education
- Drivers license in good standing
- Proficiency in piano or guitar
- 1-3 years of experience in music therapy
