Electrical Upfitter

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Upfitter to join our team in Rockville, MD. As an Electrical Upfitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles by performing limited repairs and troubleshooting of low voltage electrical systems.

• Perform limited repairs and troubleshooting of low voltage electrical systems with minimal supervision
• Maintain records of all work completed on vehicles, including parts and supplies used
• Ensure that work orders are completed properly and accurately
• Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken
• Evaluate completed work prior to release and seek approval where required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
