Job Opportunity

Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work with children and families in North Santa Clara County to provide personalized therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children in their homes, using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model.
  • Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a board-approved institution.
  • Current CA Board License.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a pediatric therapist (preferred).
  • Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (desired).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Early Intervention, including family systems, diagnosis, intervention strategies, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
