Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA with Aveanna, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medical care, and other essential tasks. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medical care, and other essential tasks.
  • Assist patients with basic first aid, taking vital signs, and performing range of motion exercises as assigned by a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Prepare meals according to dietary and nutritional needs, and assist patients with personal hygiene, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
  • Thoroughly complete and coordinate all required documentation, including patient/family and Company documentation records.
  • Observe and report significant changes in patient's condition to the (RN) Nursing Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Current, unrestricted certification or proof of training as required by the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with aide care and policies and procedures.
  • Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR.
