Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Laborers for Concrete Construction to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our concrete construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks, including jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.
- Operate motorized equipment, including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
- Assist in pouring of vertical concrete and install reshores as instructed.
- Work in inclement weather conditions, potentially exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction operations.
Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested.
- Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
- Frequent use of hand tools, such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
- 10 Hour OSHA Card.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.
