Qualifications for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots
  • Understanding of long-term care patient requirements
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise certified nursing assistants
  • Ensure the care and wellbeing of residents
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate charting and treatment plans
  • Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
  • Conduct rounds with physicians as necessary
  • Welcome and orient new residents and their families
  • Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation

PAY SCALE: $32 TO $35

The pay range is influenced by various factors, including location, scheduled work shifts, and individual qualifications.
