Paint Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paint Sales Consultant to join our team in Monrovia, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive store environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $18.30 per hour. Sherwin-Williams offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with paint selection, answering product questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and equipment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, rotating stock, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment, as well as other store equipment, to prepare products for customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, as needed, to receive and process shipments.
• Assist with making deliveries, as required, to customers and stores.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 18 years old.
• Limited lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
• A valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
