About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Frederick Surgical Center. As a Perioperative Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the Pre-Op and PACU departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Pre-Op and PACU departments
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current nursing license in the state of Maryland
  • At least two years of perioperative and/or advanced training experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
