Job Summary

As a Grocery Stocker - Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, stocking merchandise, maintaining product freshness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display & Merchandising: Set up and maintain attractive displays for promotional products, ensuring clear signage and proper placement.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep aisles clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish stock levels promptly, rotate products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods, and monitor expiration dates to maintain product freshness.
  • Product Handling & Disposal: Properly handle expired or recalled products according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products, answer inquiries, and provide friendly and helpful service.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in a retail stocking or similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of general grocery product categories is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
