Job Summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Exploit Developer to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative tools and exploits to support Red Team Assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool Development: Design and develop custom tools and exploits to support Red Team operations, leveraging open-source research and expertise in reverse engineering.
  • Code Review and Approval: Conduct thorough code reviews and shepherd scripts through approval processes to ensure secure and safe usage.
  • Operational Support: Analyze operational Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) and develop exploits and scripts to automate and improve operational processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Document safe and secure usage for internally and externally developed tools, and provide training to team members.
  • DevOps and C2 Tool Development: Support and conduct DevOps reviews of code for operational approval, and develop and tune Command and Control (C2) tools to enhance effectiveness and reduce detection likelihood.
  • Urgent Development Requests: Support urgent development requests as required in support of assessments, with a focus on tailored tools and exploits that require assembly, testing, and approval within 24 hours.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
  • Clearance: TS with ability to obtain SCI. TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 remote.
  • Physical Demands: Typical office environment, extensive domestic and international travel, extreme weather conditions. Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
