Job Title: Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients' existing systems, including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs, and life-cycle asset management approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a reliability engineering program to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify and address equipment reliability issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems, energy management systems, and maintenance programs
  • Experience with root cause failure analysis, equipment criticality ranking, and PM/PdM optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
