Key Responsibilities- Pre-Move-In
- Establish relationships with families and residents to coordinate the move-in process.
- Assist with logistics, including apartment readiness and follow-up on any issues.
- Post-Move-In
- Greet residents and families on move-in day and ensure a smooth transition.
- Notify staff and provide orientation to the apartment and surroundings.
- Update families within 24-48 hours of move-in and provide ongoing support as needed.
- General
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with calls to prospective residents and community tours to meet sales goals.
- Inform prospective families and referral sources about our services and programs.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide community and company information.
- Maintain supply levels of promotional packets and move-in packets.
- Provide data entry support using YARDI System.
- Convert working files to permanent files.
- Participate in the community's emergency response team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Assist with planning and production of community events.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a senior living or multi-family environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with YARDI or other client management system highly preferred.
- Flexibility with working hours, including some weekends.
