Dartmouth Health's Department of Community and Family Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our academic Primary Care practice at our Heater Road Clinic in Lebanon, NH.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician, an enthusiastic teacher, and a scholar committed to improving the health of our patients through high-quality team-based care in an academic setting.
The Family Medicine team at Heater Road is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group that focuses on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and the development of new models of care delivery.
We strive to provide team-based, high-value quality care to all patients within an academic setting where teaching, learning, and scholarship are central to our work and mission.
Unique aspects of our practice include Family Medicine physicians with additional training in Sports Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, and we provide opportunities for leadership development.
Our integration within Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center provides for unique collaborative relationships across an extensive array of specialties, as well as tremendous technical and administrative support.

Responsibilities and Qualifications- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the states of New Hampshire
