Our Women's Center offers digital mammography, gynecologic care, and gynecologic surgery, with a focus on new moms. During their stay, moms enjoy special menus, massages, and afternoon teas. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for the nutritional care, treatment, rehabilitation, and education of patients based on patient assessments of needs, conditions, impairments, disabilities, and age.
Your duties will include assessing nutritional status, developing care plans, educating patients and families, calculating nutritional and actual intakes, and preparing special diets.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA)
- Completed a CADE-accredited supervised practice program at a healthcare facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation, or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies
- Computer proficiency
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietician from the ADA
- Current License by State of Nevada as Dietitian
