**Job Summary**

Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join their team in a top Personal Injury Law Firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to two partners and assist in drafting pleadings and responses to demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to two partners, including drafting pleadings and responses to demands
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and other legal materials
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with the paralegal/legal secretary to ensure seamless workflow
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Personal Injury experience is a must
  • Experience drafting pleadings and responses to demands is a must
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Compensation will depend on prior experience: $50,000-$60,000
