Job Summary

The BODYBAR Pilates Fitness Manager is a key member of our studio team, responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring the success of our studio.

Responsibilities
  • Teach approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes per week, providing expert instruction and guidance to our members.
  • Develop and manage the instructor team, ensuring consistency of quality instruction and a positive member experience.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Owner to drive studio success through partnerships, sales strategy implementation, and community events.
  • Manage and develop class schedules based on client needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
  • Assist with sales and member recruitment, implementing effective strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Track and grow studio performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with community outreach and partnership development, building strong relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement, ensuring our studio remains well-maintained and functional.
  • Provide reporting as requested, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
  • Create a positive and engaging community at the studio, fostering a sense of belonging among our members.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least one of the following credentials: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor, or 500-hour Pilates certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry, with a minimum of 2 years management experience in fitness or a related field.
  • Proficient with Google Suites, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, and Gmail.
  • Proficient in the learning and use of new technologies, with experience in Club Ready a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A positive leader and team player, with a passion for health and wellness.
