We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity to work in our 16-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide 20 hours per day of shift coverage in collaboration with neonatologists
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Contribute to the growth and development of the NICU team
- Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification - Board Certified NNP
- NC license (or willing to obtain)
- 2+ years of employment experience as NNP
