Job Summary

The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that finished goods meet customer standards and company Good Manufacturing Practices. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and tests to ensure compliance with customer standards and company policies
  • Apply statistical tools and techniques to monitor plant performance and finished goods
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate quality issues and out-of-specification conditions to management and shift leaders
  • Perform process inspections during molding, packaging, and loading
  • Audit compliance with GMP policies and control plan requirements
  • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and dimensional checks
  • Complete cycle counts and inventory of finished goods as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • ASQ certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
