Job Title: Office Quality Improvement Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Quality Improvement Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our quality control unit, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying case review materials, data entering review findings, and tracking customer satisfaction surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify case review materials received from quality control EQAS and State QC Case Reviewers.
  • Data enter review findings from the Quality Control Review Schedule (QCRS) data sheet into the EQAS database.
  • Track and perform data entry of the monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) instruments on selected audited cases.
  • Scan and index all case review packets, placing them in the appropriate Office of Quality Assurance & Fiscal Integrity One Viewer site.
  • Compile supporting documents on reviewed cases and submit them to the CA and NGA Regional Managers, Center Directors, and senior staff.

Requirements: A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and one year of satisfactory clerical experience. Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at least 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
